LISA BALLATORE
I've been a Personal Trainer for 10 years and I love my job!
I work with a wide variety of clients, most of whom simply want to learn how to utilize the weight room and gym for the purpose of strength, weight loss and building overall better health. I've trained clients for events and have rehabilitated some following injury, surgery and/or physical therapy.
The gym is an engaging and social place, and I thrive on desigining work outs that are not just challenging but fun! Personal training is rewarding, and I approach my job as a vocation. I enjoy building productive working relationships that last for years.
Specialties: Weights and resistance training, olympic lifting, a variety of conditioning circuits, cardiovascular training including running and sprinting. Sports performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
